Customer Service Administrator

M4 Recruitment are currently looking for Customer Service Administrator for our client based in Newbury for 18 months contract.
Key responsibilities for the role:
- Answer the telephone and support the sales team in administrative duties
- To raise quotations and process sales orders efficiently and accurately
- To liaise with customers over deliveries lead time, shortages and any other issues that may arise
- To assist with booking in and putting away deliveries
- To carry out weekly inventory checks
- To assist in warehouse during busy periods
- Generally assist in such duties as are in keeping with the acquired skills and company needs
Our client is offering:

- Full time role
The working hours are:
- Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm
Pay range £20,000 per annum depending on experience.
