**_An amazing opportunity to join our People & Performance Team as Recruitment Compliance Administrator _**

We’re going through some really exciting changes at Hallmark Care Homes, and as such, we’re growing our Recruitment Team.

If you have a background in HR or Recruitment, with experience in the compliance process/pre-employment checks, and are passionate about delivering high-quality standards, then read on, we could have just what you’re looking for.

**Who are we looking for?**
- Minimum of one year’s experience working in recruitment or HR, responsible for the post-offer process.
- Experience in DBS checks, references, and issuing contracts of employment with varying terms.
- Exceptionally high attention to detail and ability to work at pace.
- Highly organised and able to effectively prioritise workloads to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills including verbal, written, listening, and comprehension.
