Receptionist/admin Assistant

Ziggicig is Northern Ireland’s largest vaping retailer. We have locations across the province and an ever-increasing online presence. We provide the best service & products possible to our current customer base while attracting new customers. We do this by providing the right information and the support they need to quit smoking.
With the help & support of our current team, we continually strive to develop our service, products, and internal processes. Due to our ongoing growth and development, we are recruiting an experienced Administrator to join our current team based out of our Support Hub in Dundonald, Belfast.
**Essential Criteria**
- Previous experience in gathering & providing information necessary for reporting
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office and particularly in Excel
- Friendly and outgoing
- Can communicate with people at all levels
- Cash handling experience
- Accountable, reliable and trustworthy
- Able to work as part of a team but use their initiative when required
- Excellent time management skills
- Well organised with good attention to detail
**Desirable Criteria**
- Previous experience in a customer facing role
- Previous experience in a retail environment

Our recruitment process is carried out over two stages. The first stage is an initial call with those who successfully get through stage one to attend a face-to-face interview.
