Receptionist/administrator

Chrystal & Hill are looking for a part time administrator to join our team.
Your role will be to work closely with our sales and transport team to assure job details are correct & deadlines are met. Liaise with customers to assure they are ready to receive their goods and that payment has been made.
**General Duties**
- Answering calls - dealing with enquires and passing messages to relevant departments
- Scanning, Shredding & Filing
**Admin
- Computer Software used Prima** (experience in Prima preferred but not essential as training will be given)
- Booking in stock and creating despatch notes
- Checking order acknowledgements pricing and inputting of expected dates
- Creating Sales and Purchase Invoices
- Sales & Purchase Order processing
Full training on all above will be given
**Preferred Skills**
- Customer Service
- Administration experience
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: £11.44 per hour
Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
