This full-time administration role requires a person who can support the central administration team to deliver efficient service to Managers and their departments within our **Houghton Regis office**. As our **Office Administrator** you will take ownership of office administration accurately and efficiently and in a professional manner, within a busy customer service environment.

**Responsibilities as an Office Administrator**:
- Act as a ‘first point of contact’ in responding to enquiries from company’s staff
- Liaising with branch network to determine outcomes of all market appraisals booked
- Welcome and sign visitors in/out of the building correctly
- Producing league tables, KPIs, performance and other reports on a daily, weekly & monthly basis
- Efficiently manage orders for stationary and necessary supplies, ensuring a well-stocked and organized workspace.
- Responsible for booking meeting rooms and ensuring a seamless setup for various business functions.
**Skills and experience required to be a successful Branch Administrator**
- Preferably experience as an Administrator / Secretary or similar role
- Resilient, positive and detail oriented
- Organised and able to prioritise workload in a faced paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- IT literate
