Team Administrator

A vacancy has arisen for a part time (30 hours per week) Team Administrator based at Mayer Way, Houghton Regis, Bedfordshire, LU5 5BF to support the AMHP team.
This vacancy is being advertised as a part time, Monday to Friday permanent position.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person who is flexible and has excellent administration and communication skills. You must have the ability to work unsupervised, under pressure and be able to deal sympathetically with patients and relatives of people with mental health problems. Your main responsibilities will be to provide comprehensive administrative support to the AMHP Lead. Previous administration experience in a mental health or other NHS setting is essential as well as experience using RiO and Microsoft office packages.
You will be part of an existing team of administration staff who provide comprehensive administration / secretarial support to the Service. You should have good verbal and written communication skills
