- Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) a global developer and operator, is seeking a talented individual to join their dynamic Centre Management department, as the Social Value Executive This role presents an exciting opportunity to take on a crucial responsibility for supporting the Social Value Manager with the delivery of the Community Resilience Action Plans (CRA Plan) across Westfield London, Westfield Stratford and Croydon, managing charitable requests; organising community events, administrative tasks and reporting.
What you will be doing
- Social Value:
- Collaborate with stakeholders for community projects.-
- Support Corporate Responsibility and Social Value strategy.-
- Champion Social Value, represent at events.-
- Manage charity desks and support grassroots organizations.-
- Ensure compliance with Social Value policies.-
- Monitor/report data and organise employee volunteering.- Communications:
- Calculate social value outcomes.-
- Encourage partners for community engagement.-
- Build/manage community relationships.-
- Represent Westfield externally.-
- Maintain communication, network, and promote activities.-
- Communicate successes and align with marketing.- Internal Stakeholder Engagement:
- Brief internal stakeholders.-
- Maintain relationships with Development and leasing.-
- Engage with external community stakeholders.-
- Participate in meetings and prepare presentations.-
- Coordinate with Business Support Managers.What skills, experience, and knowledge will you need to be successful?- Passionate and Impactful: A passionate and personable individual eager to positively impact communities where we operate.-
- Stakeholder Management: Experience in working with and influencing both internal and external stakeholders.-
- Social Value Project Delivery: Preferably experienced in delivering social value projects.-
- Effective Collaboration: Skilled at building networks, partnerships, and collaborative work to achieve shared goals.-
- Proficiency and Communication: High proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent communication, and organisation skills.Why work for us:
