Job Summary

This is a key leadership role that requires someone with expertise in Social Value models and measurement techniques. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of social value within our organisation, working closely with key clients to capture, measure and report on progress.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead client approach to social value, owning the development of guidance and training
  • Develop and implement social value projects from initial strategy through tactical implementation
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote social value understanding and capability development
  • Contribute to bid submissions and identify opportunities for future initiatives
Requirements
  • Deep expertise in Social Value models and measurement techniques
  • Sound knowledge of social value principles, theories and frameworks
  • Project management experience with ability to lead social value projects
  • Excellent communication, detail orientation and passion for delivering high quality results
  • Business partnering experience with ability to build positive relationships with key client counterparts
