We are seeking a highly skilled Data Relationship Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will work closely with our Strategic Account Directors, managing key client relationships, driving renewals, and identifying opportunities for growth.

**What You Will Do**

  • Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders across public and private sectors.
  • Collaborate on account plans to drive retention and recovery strategies for at-risk accounts.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Customer Success, and Product, to ensure smooth delivery and support.
  • Monitor client satisfaction, track account metrics, and report on progress to support decision-making.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in account management or a similar client-facing role, ideally in B2B environments. They will be able to demonstrate strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Estimated Salary: £55,000 per annum
