**Overview**:
You will have the opportunity to gain valuable skills and experience as you complete a IT Cloud Network Specialist - Level 3 Apprenticeship.

The IT Support Apprentice will provide IT assistance across all aspects of the group.

You will also support the implementation and maintenance of the company's security tools across both Information and Operational Technology and will aid in protecting data in both digital and physical formats.

You will also be working towards your Level 3 apprenticeship with QA where you will have the opportunity to attain BCS and Microsoft Qualifications.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical support to support the group
- To help deliver IT projects
- Engage in delivery of End User Security Awareness and Training initiatives
- Monitoring security tools in operation

**What we are looking for**:
**Skills and Personal Qualities required**:

- Basic Knowledge of Office 365
- Communication skills
- Problem solving
- Willingness to learn
- Technically minded

**You will receive exposure to the below**:

- Knowledge of Service management tools (Freshdesk)
- Knowledge of MDM solutions inc IOS and Android
- Understanding of networking principals
- Knowledge of Endpoint security tools (Crowdstrike)
- Knowledge of vulnerability management tools
- Any knowledge of Office 365 security
- Knowledge of Intune
- Experience with 3rd party vendors
- Experience of working in a multi - site environment
- Any understanding of Cyber Essentials / Plus, ISO27001 or NIST
- Exposure to scripting or scripting tools

**Entry requirements**:
**The entry requirements for this Cloud Network Specialist programme are as follows**:

- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

£20,000 - £22,000 per annum.

**Future prospects**:
92% of QA Apprentices secure permanent employment after finishing their apprenticeship.

Progression opportunities are available for successful apprentices into more advanced and technical roles at a global company.

QA’s apprenticeships are funded by the Education & Skills Funding Agency (ESFA), an executive agency of the Department for Education.
To be eligible for a Government funded apprenticeship you must have lived in the UK or European Economic Area (EEA) for the last 3 consecutive years.
