- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Prepare and maintain financial records, including invoices, receipts, and bank statements
- Tracking and monitoring financial transactions.
- Reviewing financial records, documents and information to ensure their accuracy.
- Performing account reconcilations and audits.
- Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting
- Generate financial reports and statements for management review
- Liaising with senior leaders, employees and external clients to ensure invoices are generated each month
- Complete credit control tasks when required
- Complete VAT returns and liaise with accountant as required
- Set and review company budgets

- Previous experience working as a Finance Clerk or similar role.
- Diploma in finance, accounting or similar would be preferred but not essential.
- CPA certification is advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software.
- Experience of FreeAgent would be desirable.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
