Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Financial Assistant to join our team at Kingdom People. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Finance Manager and contributing to the smooth operation of our financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Transactions: Generate and send invoices to clients, allocate invoices and coding, and perform cash allocation.
- Accounts Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of purchase and sales ledgers, and perform daily banking and reconciliation.
- Credit Control: Monitor and manage customer payments, and provide support with credit control procedures.
- Financial Reporting: Assist with the preparation of financial reports and statements, and provide support with month-end procedures.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Finance Manager, including updating sales spreadsheets and performing other tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in accounts and bookkeeping.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
