About the Role

Axon Moore Group Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Sales Ledger Clerk to join their team in a newly created role. As a Sales Ledger Clerk, you will be responsible for supporting the Sales Ledger team in the transactional finance side of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and Issue Invoices: Create and send invoices to customers in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Ensure all sales transactions are accurately recorded and up-to-date.

  • Experience in Credit Control and Sales Ledger: Proven experience in credit control and sales ledger administration.
  • Excellent Organisational and Time Management Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in Excel and Accounting Software: Proficiency in Excel and Navision accounting software.
  • Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to Detail and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely and effective manner.
