Key Responsibilities- Generate and Issue Invoices: Create and send invoices to customers in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Ensure all sales transactions are accurately recorded and up-to-date.
- Set Up New Customer Accounts: Establish new customer accounts in the accounting system.
- Match Payments with Invoices: Verify that payments received match the corresponding invoices.
- Investigate and Resolve Discrepancies: Identify and resolve any discrepancies in transactions.
- Follow Up with Customers: Contact customers to ensure timely payment and resolve any outstanding issues.

- Experience in Credit Control and Sales Ledger: Proven experience in credit control and sales ledger administration.

- Proficient in Excel and Accounting Software: Proficiency in Excel and Navision accounting software.
- Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
