**Accounts/Payroll Administrator**
£27,456 (£13.20p/h) / pro-rated for 30 hours £20,592
Accounts and Payroll Administrator required to work within the administration team of a busy care home. Whilst being responsible for your own duties, there may be times when asked to support cover for the main reception and switchboard, ensuring the smooth running of the service. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9.30am-3.30pm.
**Responsibilities of the role**:
- Responsible for the monthly pay run for up to 100 staff; reconcile all shifts worked on a weekly basis and enter into Sage for processing monthly.
- Ensure compliance with tax, pension, and other legislation.
- Responsible for the inputting of all aspects of the accounts system, producing invoices, entering supplier bills, preparing supplier payments, bank reconciliations etc.
- Other administration tasks such as filing, printing, preparing documentation for other areas of the business.
- Full confidentiality around sensitive employee and company information
**Experience and skills require for the role**:
- Previous payroll experience is required (experience with Sage software desirable)
- Previous accounts experience is required (experience with Quickbooks software desirable)
- Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills, and time management skills
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Competent in all aspects of Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel
- AAT Level 2 or equivalent qualification desired but not mandatory
