Receptionist/administrator

PART TIME - Approx -25 hours - Monday to Friday
We are looking for a motivated and customer focused Receptionist/Administrator.
Duties include:
- Meeting and greeting service customers and giving updates on their vehicle
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
- Follow up calls to customers to check that they are happy with our service
- Follow up calls to customers whom service or MOT is due
- General administration and accounts support to the department
You will have excellent customer service, sales, administration and IT skills, at the same time you will be expected to manage your own workload whilst being flexible and responsive to the needs of the various external and internal customers.
Bonus Scheme
A discretionary bonus scheme is offered for this role, paid per appointment on a monthly basis.

Dobies Cumbria is a leading independent family owned and run company with a variety of business interests. Dobies began operating as a car franchise dealer in 1976 with Fiat. Since then they have expanded and represent Vauxhall and Peugeot.
We operate from Dobies Business Park, where you will find the Vauxhall and Peugeot franchisees along with over 70 quality used vehicles covering all popular makes and models.
