**£79,419 - £82,890**

The Stirling and Clackmannanshire City Deal was signed in February 2020 and secured investment of £90.2million from The UK Government and Scottish Government into the city region over the next 10 years. Alongside this joint Government investment, regional partners, including Stirling Council, Clackmannanshire Council and The University of Stirling will invest up to a further £123.8 million through the delivery of the programme, resulting in a Deal worth in excess of £214 million to improve economic and community outcomes for the region.

The Regional Programme Management Office (RPMO) will be directly responsible to the Chief Officer Group (Chief Executives) and the City Region Deal Join Committee.

With a diverse and rewarding remit, the RPMO will manage the day-to-day delivery of the deal, including ensuring oversight of governance arrangements within the deal, financial arrangements, liaison with Governments and Partners, Delivery of the Implementation Plan, Business Case appraisal and approval, reporting and monitoring, benefits monitoring and evaluation.

As the Head of the RPMO, you will make a major contribution to the delivery of the City Region Deal Programme outcomes, establish effective and efficient working practices and strategies across the partnership and assist in meeting objectives by influencing, challenging, and leading the stakeholders and key partners as required in a transparent and objective manner.

We are seeking an inspirational leader who is politically astute at both a local and national level and who can demonstrate delivering complex Programmes involving a range of stakeholder groups.
