Due to our continued growth we have an exciting opportunity for a Fitting Diary Administrator to join our friendly team based in Biggin Hill.

**Salary - **£24,250 plus bonus

**Type - **Permanent, Full Time

**Working Pattern - **Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm

We are looking for a friendly, well-organised individual that has a positive and enthusiastic approach to challenges and problems to be able to manage the work and meet varying deadlines.

**Other key areas of responsibilities include**:

- Responsible for organising installations using the Company Fitting Diary
- Liaising with our Fitters and the building sites.
- Cooperating effectively with the Customer Service Department
- Contributing to all office duties, such as answering phone calls, managing incoming and outgoing post and carrying out general housekeeping tasks.
- Ensuring goods have arrived in time for the scheduled fitting date, chasing of deliveries wherever necessary.
- Ensuring job completion notes are received on time and are properly completed in order for invoicing within the company timescales.
- Ensuring that the Fitters paperwork is completed accurately and on time.

**Key Requirements**:

- Be articulate, possess excellent IT and communication skills and work well under pressure in a busy office environment.
- Commitment to working as part of a team.
- Proven background in Administration.
- A keen eye for detail in all tasks.
