Executive Assistant

Responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative support to the operations team
- Managing job scheduling and diary of the wider team
- Being the first point of contact for customers, providing them with an excellent service
- Supporting the daily running of logistics and procurement
- Overseeing stock control and inventory records
- Maintaining the integrity of our internal database and ensuring accurate information
What You'll Need:
- At least 1 year's experience in an operations or planning/scheduling role
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Packages including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel
- A high level of organisation and attention to detail
Package: £31,000 - £36,000 (dependent on experience), Sevenoaks, Kent. Office hours Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5pm. Free parking and social events available
