This is a varied and quick paced working environment with a collaborative and highly supportive team. Your role will be pivotal to the organisation as you drive necessary processes and ensure all administration to delivered promptly and accurately.

**Responsibilities**:

- Using HR information systems to access, input and compile data
- Monitoring key HR recruitment metrics, such as turnover and retention rates
- Providing advice and playing a major role in work reviews and change processes
- Reviewing and updating job descriptions
- Assisting with developing recruitment campaigns e.g. advertising
- Researching and recommending initiatives to improve the HR Department’s implementation of its people strategy
- Monitoring, reviewing, and updating all HR policies, ensuring they are in line with legislation
- Assisting in organising employer branding initiatives
- Assist the Payroll and Benefits HR Executive and Director of HR with the administration of the monthly payroll process for all employees

**Salary**: £35,000 - £40,000

Hours: Full time - Monday - Friday
