We are excited to offer the opportunity to join the contracting team for Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire ICB. We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated and organised professional able to provide efficient and professional administrative support.

The postholder will provide the day to day support to a portfolio of contracts including three NHS providers, independent sector providers and voluntary sector providers.

You will act as Team Administrator to the contracting team within the Business & Planning directorate, supporting with diary management and meeting preparation. The post-holder will provide and coordinate administrative and secretarial services for the contracts team as a whole. This will include the preparation of agendas, booking rooms and travel arrangements, coordinating team meetings, taking minutes and follow up actions as well as overseeing annual leave. The post-holder will also be expected to provide project management support for contracts as appropriate

You will have a logical, flexible approach and the proven ability to learn quickly. Strong time
- management, organisational & communication skills and will be essential.
