**The main duties of the role will be**:
We are seeking a motivated individual to drive retail sales for the luxury brands available at The Spa. Comprehensive training and information of the products will be provided to assist you in your role.

As a Spa Host you will facilitate the smooth running of the Aqua Thermal Spa area, including client show rounds, inspections of the experience rooms, providing guests with fresh towels and water and some cleaning and maintenance duties. Your role will also involve guiding guests through the journey, managing foot flow within the facilities and proactively seeking ways to enhance the operational effectiveness of the department. By doing so, you’ll ensure that every guest enjoys a fantastic experience during their visit.

**Availability**

We have **1 permanent, part-time** position available, offering **30 hours over 4 or 5 days** in a department that operates 7 days a week.

Full flexibility to work weekends and early mornings from 8am and evenings to 8.30pm is essential to meet the commercial needs of the business.
