The Delivery excellence administrator will be working with the Operational Excellence Team to provide administrative support to the Facilities and Maintenance team, the Health and Safety environmental team and the quality team. This role provides an exciting opportunity for an organised individual and will provide insight into almost all operational aspects of the business.

Applicants are expected to be flexible and to undertake other appropriate duties and occasional work at weekends, evenings, and public holidays. Applicants must have access to an appropriate method of transport to enable them to fulfil the needs of the post. **Job Criteria**:
**Essential**:

- Have 2 years’ experience in an administrative role.
- Good computer skills and experience of Microsoft Office.
- Previous Experience providing administrative support to a cross functional team.
- Excellent telephone and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a busy environment.
- Possess excellent oral written communication skills, able to communicate effectively and confidently with a wide range of people

**Desirable Criteria**:

- Experience of IFS database.
- Advanced Excel User.
- Dealing with supplier accounts
- Hold a third level qualification in a relevant discipline

**Job Duties**:

- Create and Monitor Purchase Orders for the Facilities & Maintenance team to ensure timely procurement of required parts
- Maintain Purchase order accuracy and ensure receipt of services for monthly contracted services or hire of equipment.
- Support the permit to work process with filing of all necessary risk assessments, Method Statements and insurance details as provided by the contractor host.
- Providing administrative support on H&S governance and Committee meetings in terms of minutes and action / task management.
- Provide administrative control of our Asset Management database (e-maint) and work with the facilities and maintenance team to ensure inspections and service / maintenance programs are being adhered to.
- Communication with service providers, production and the facilities team to arrange plant servicing and inspections.
- Working with accounts to ensure timely and accurate payment to suppliers
- To adhere to CDE policy and practice.
- To adhere to CDE safety policies and procedures at all times
- To carry out any other duties within reason and capability associated with this role.
