Your role will include
Booking property valuations
Registering client details and pass to relevant in branch teams to arrange viewings
Completing administrative tasks for our network of branches including data input
Working with your team to deliver success and consistently high service standards
The role demands a highly self-motivated, ambitious, target-driven individual who is also self-managed, flexible and has an excellent telephone manner. You will be resilient with the ability to work to deadlines and under pressure with good organisational and time management skills. You will also be computer literate with excellent keyboard skills.
The rewards
Basic salary of £23,000 per annum
Attractive and uncapped commission scheme on top of basic salary

Location and working hours
The role will be based from our Howards Estate Agency back office - 158 High St, Gorleston-on-Sea, Great Yarmouth NR31 6RB.
You will be working a 40 hour week, set over 5 days on a 2 week rotational shift pattern - Week 1 9am-6pm and Week 2 11am-8pm. Along with 1 in 3 Saturdays with a day off in lieu the following week.
