Job Description

Pertemps is seeking an experienced Facilities Support Coordinator to join their team at the London head offices.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, with excellent communication and customer service skills. They should be able to maintain a safe and welcoming environment, provide exceptional support to staff and visitors, and handle administrative tasks efficiently.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Assist the facilities team in maintaining a safe and secure working environment.
  • Provide administrative support to the facilities manager and senior facilities assistant, including health and safety tasks and ad-hoc projects.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, and manage post room operations.
  • Liaise with staff, volunteers, and external contacts to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar facilities role.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to respond professionally to a wide range of callers and visitors.
  • Customer-focused approach to work.
  • Good numeracy skills and ability to draft basic documents.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Teams.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Working Environment

This is a full-time position based at our London head offices. The successful candidate will be expected to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing workload efficiently.

Salary and Benefits
