**Who we are looking for**:
Are you an enthusiastic, customer-focused, team player with excellent attention to detail? Do you have first class communication and problem-solving skills and are looking for a new challenge?
We are looking for a Furniture Coordinator to support our furniture and interior design team as our business grows, ensuring that our product orders, library designs and installations run smoothly, and our customers’ expectations are exceeded at every interaction with us.
**The role**:
- Providing administrative support to the Furniture team.
- Taking responsibility for processing customer orders, ordering stock, booking in deliveries, invoicing customers, and arranging dispatch of furniture.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with our suppliers by ensuring high levels of quality are achieved.
- Supporting the team with furniture project work as required.
**About you**:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills, with an ability to prioritise workload between competing demands.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- First class attention to detail.
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
**The rewards**:
- 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays which increase with service up to 27 days.
- Discounted parking at the Arcadian to use on weekdays plus weekends.
- Buy or sell up to 5 days holiday.

- Salary - £22,000 per annum.
- Full time, Monday - Friday.
- Based on site at 120 Bromsgrove Street, Birmingham, B5 6RJ.
