Are you an experienced project coordinator with a strong background in property management? Do you excel in organisation, time management, and stakeholder engagement? Our client is a dynamic organisation seeking a dedicated Project Co-ordinator to join their team for a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Reporting to the Head of Estates, you will play a crucial role in managing the clearance and disposal of our property portfolio, ensuring their assets are protected and their internal systems are accurately updated.

Coordinate the clearance of furniture and items from closed branches within specified timeframes.
Manage approved contractors to deliver efficient services.
Maintain accurate property management data systems.
Provide general property advice to the property team and senior leadership.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Essential experience in managing projects through to completion.
Preferably experienced in both residential and commercial property.
Proficiency in MS Office and general PC literacy.
Effective multitasking and time-management abilities.
Contribute to significant property projects and make a real impact.
