**Location**: Birmingham

**Contract**: Permanent - flexible and part-time hours available if desired, just let us know

**Salar**y**: Up to £29.5k per annum

**What will you be responsible for?**

As Coordinator, you'll be working within the Transportation planning team, supporting with all maintenance repairs on the network ensuring they are completed within the target time meeting KPIs.

Your day to day will include:

- Planning and scheduling the work for both internal and external operations, ensuring a high level of service is maintained throughout
- Ensuring we are complying with the corporate procedures, preparing job packs, and making sure programmes of work are clear and adequate
- Arranging for repairs on carriageways, footways, street lighting, arboriculture, street furniture and drainage

This role of Coordinator is great for you if:

- You can communicate with a range of stakeholders effectively
- Demonstrate sound working knowledge of software systems such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Confirm
- Produce reports accurately as well as enter data onto databases and spreadsheets
