**Operations Coordinator**

**Job Type**: Permanent, Full-Time

Location: Tyseley, Birmingham

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
- Our client is seeking a dedicated and organised Operations Coordinator to join their team. As a vital support to the director, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations._

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently manage and prioritise incoming calls, inquiries, and correspondence
- Maintain the director's daily schedule and assist in time management
- Organise, file, and manage paperwork and documents effectively
- Prepare meeting rooms and assist in arranging refreshments for meetings
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring all necessary arrangements are in place

**Skills and Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Operations Coordinator or similar role
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
