**Contract**:Full time, part time and flexible

**Salary**: Up to £25k + Benefits

**Responsibilities**

As a Pre-Works Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring any maintenance repairs on the network are done within the target time to ensure KPIs are met.

Your day to day will include:

- Planning and scheduling the work for both internal and external operations, ensuring a high level of service is maintained throughout
- Ensuring we are complying with the corporate procedures, preparing job packs, and making sure programmes of work are clear and adequate
- Arranging for repairs on carriageways, footways, street lighting, arboriculture, street furniture and drainage

**Who are we looking for?**

This role of Pre-Works Coordinator is great for you if you can:

- Communicate with a range of stakeholders effectively
- Demonstrate sound working knowledge of software systems such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Confirm
- Produce reports accurately as well as entering data onto databases and spreadsheets
