Order Processing Administrator

In this role, you'll play a crucial part, providing comprehensive support throughout the entire order process, from initiation to delivery.

The role will include:

- Offer and end-to-end service overseeing all aspects of the order management process
- Accurately maintain customer databases
- Prepare shipping documents, ensuring that all deliveries are running on schedule
- Liaise with the Finance department to resolve invoice and payment issues
- Complete any ad-hoc tasks to support the team as required.

We are looking for:

- Previous experience in a similar role
- Great attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
- Strong communication skills both written and oral
- Highly organised, working to deadlines
- Confident IT user, previous experience in SAP would be advantageous
