Job title: Order Processor/Administrator

Location: Camberley GU15

Contract length: 12 month initial contract - Potential to be extended

Shift Pattern: 37.5 Monday - Friday (required to be in the office)

Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services are currently recruiting for 2 x Order Processors/ Administrators on behalf of a global company in the Healthcare industry. This role is Monday - Friday 37.5 hours on an initial 12 month contract with potential opportunity to be extended.

The successful Order Processors/Administrators will join the Order Entry Team based at the Camberley office. The Contract Administrators will become a Team of 4 onsite Administrators with additional support from an overseas team.

Key Responsibilities for the Order Processors/ Administrators:

Accurately enter and process customer orders into the order management system.

*

Verify order details for accuracy and completeness, ensuring compliance with company policies.

*

Communicate with customers to confirm order details and delivery expectations.

*

Coordinate with warehouse, shipping, and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

*

Monitor order status and provide updates to customers and internal stakeholders.

*

Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to orders in a timely and professional manner.

*

Maintain organised and up-to-date records of all orders and related documentation.

*

Assist in inventory management and stock level monitoring to ensure product availability.

Skills and Experience Required for the Order Processor:

*

Proficient I.T skills - SAP would be preferably but not essential

*

Professional Telephone manner

*

Administration experience

*

Previous order processing would be desirable but not essential

*

Data Entry skills

*

Can do attitude

*

Can attend a fully based office role Monday - Friday
