International Order Administrator

Our client is an export distributor and wholesaler of British food and drinks brands to international markets. They have built an extensive product range from iconic British brands to upcoming brands. They have also launched a number of exciting house brands as unique offerings to international business customers.

This is a key role within the Supply Chain & Sales teams which gives exposure and involvement to other areas of the business. Although the team is small, they deliver big results and promote a company culture where employees support each other in all areas.

**Key Responsibilities**

The Logistics and Order role will work closely with the sales team to ensure that they deliver the highest possible level of service when supplying customers. The main aims of the role are to:

- Manage the order process and raise export documents.
- Raising invoices and bills on a cloud-based accounting system
- Take phone calls. Pack and send samples to clients.
- Place orders with suppliers and make sure goods are prepared according to our requirements and meet the deadline.
- Ensure that customers and the sales team are kept informed of order progress and of any changes to delivery schedules
- Any other tasks that may be given.
- Experience working in an order processing role
- Experience in dealing with business suppliers
- Be highly organised with an ability to manage their time and prioritise effectively
- Very high attention to detail
- Fantastic command of the English language both verbally and written
- Be comfortable working in a small team
- Ability to work within a FAST paced business environment with a "**can-do**" attitude.
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Past experience in CRM and Accounting systems would be ideal.
