This will be a great opportunity for someone interested in HR/ Recruitment administration In the role of Operations Administrator, you will provide support to the business to ensure the smooth running of operations and efficient delivery of the company services.
This will be a busy and varied role, working within a focused, hardworking but upbeat and jovial environment.
Responsibilities will include:
- Preparing job descriptions and advertising vacancies
- Ordering and preparing equipment for new starters
- Coordinating rotas
- Managing holiday requests and log periods of absence
- Assisting with weekly/ monthly payroll duties
- Processing leavers
- Preparing weekly/ monthly reports
- Working closing with the Operations Manager to set KPIs/ SLAs and arrange related paperwork
What we are looking for:
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong organisation skills
- Relationship building skills
- Previous office/ administration experience
