Our client is currently looking for an Operations Administrator to provide administrative support to the Operations team, ensuring the smooth running and efficient delivery of the company services.

**Key responsibilities and accountability**:

- Assist with recruitment for the Operations Team including the preparation of job posts, researching job boards, shortlisting CVs, assisting with screening as required and enrolling new starters (issuing the relevant uniform and ID cards).
- Overseeing operations rostering; plan and distribute all officers’ rosters for a minimum of 6 months, manage and cover leave requests and last minute sickness absence and lead resourcing meetings to ensure all site requirements are captured and Operations Managers are aware of any scheduling issues.
- Assist with the preparation of monthly payroll reports for all security staff and pass to the finance team for payment.
- Assist with other personnel tasks such as maintaining data on the workforce management tool and having an oversight of the Officer leaver process (ensuring leaver interviews and documentation are completed, and being the lead on communication between Operations, HR and Finance).
- Process and organise site related paperwork including SOPs, KPI’s, monthly/ fortnightly contract reports and focus trackers. Assist with preparing the weekly Operations report where needed.
- Assist standing up new sites as required, including the issuing of uniform, rostering and administration.
- Ad hoc tasks as required to support the department.

**Salary**: £26,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Administrative: 2 years (preferred)
- Shift management: 1 year (preferred)

- Driving Licence (preferred)
