We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our sales team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, interact with a variety of clients, and contribute to the growth and success of the company.

**Requirements**:
Please note: The working hours for this role are flexible and can be negotiated with the employer.

This is also a hybrid/remote role, offering maximum flexibility.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prospect and qualify new leads through various channels, including messaging in groups, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Conduct product/service demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, highlighting the unique features and benefits.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to prospective clients
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment of sales efforts with company objectives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas on a consistent basis, striving for continuous improvement and professional development.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a focus on closing deals and achieving results.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software (preferred)
- Demonstrated resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment.
