**The Role**

Due to continual growth and expansion, we are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Customer Relations Advisor to assist us in the day to day management of tasks.

You will be in charge of supporting the wider Customer Relations Team and assisting them and customers in finding the right solutions.

Your main duties will include:

- Proven experience as a sales advisor or other customer service/sales role, ideally within the automobile/car hire industry
- Excellent data entry/integrity
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
- Tech savvy with working knowledge of computer systems, databases and CRM systems
- Able to balance a customer-oriented and a results-driven approach
- Patient and comfortable in dealing with complaints and working in a high pressure environment
- Professionalism and outgoing personality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking abilities

We are looking for somebody with great problem solving and customer service skills, who can think proactively and find solutions quickly and effectively.
