Hamways is a residential property management company. We are based in Oxted with approximately 80 staff and look after residential properties in London and the Home Counties. At Hamways we look for hard working and skilled individuals who are committed to providing the best service to our residents, working within a friendly, open, and honest culture.

You will be responsible for delivering a high level of customer service to our tenants, be a supportive team player and provide accurate information back to our office-based teams.

**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Conduct regular patrols of the blocks including common areas, to identify and address any security concerns or suspicious activities.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as light bulb replacements, minor repairs, and equipment maintenance.
- Maintain cleaning standards in accordance with company policies and schedules.
- Provide friendly and professional assistance to tenants, addressing their inquiries, concerns, or service requests.
- Maintain a positive and welcoming environment, fostering a sense of community among tenants.
- Keep an inventory of supplies and equipment, ensuring they are adequately stocked and maintained.
- Maintain regular communication with the Block Manager and Contracts Manager to provide updates on common part conditions, maintenance activities, and any issues that require attention.
- Be flexible and available for major events on site.
- Any additional ad hoc duties.
- Interact professionally with tenants and colleagues.
- Emergency light and alarm checking / testing.
- Pest control - baiting of boxes etc.
- Key holding and proving access to contractors.
- Conducting property viewings on an ad hoc basis
