Rare chance to work with a global manufacturer with a fantastic reputation across the scientific and medical device market. Our Client are seeking an experienced, highly-driven Territory Manager to manage the South East region with their Operating Room portfolioof products - including patient monitoring, vascular access, sterilization and Negative Pressure Therapy.
**Responsibilities**:
- Achieving account-level sales and penetration objectives.
- Driving utilisation of the product portfolio, according to the planned product mix objectives.
- Developing and managing favourable relationships with key decision makers (Consultant Surgeons, Theatre Managers, NHS Procurement, and others).
- Improving knowledge and providing training and education to customers.
- Working closely with the BDM and Clinical Support Specialists to facilitate and support education, clinical evaluations, and product testing.
- Participating in customer events (congress, workshops, etc...), when required.
- Developing a territory business plan to prioritise account calls, activities, penetration, and product use.
**About You**:
- Proven Sales experience (essential) within the Surgical/Medical industry (preferred)
- Life Science/Business/Clinical Degree and/or relevant experience in the OR arena, preferred
- Ability to analyse sales data and produce reports, essential
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated and self-starter
- Motivated to improve the health and wellbeing of others
- Strong relationship building and networking skills
