**Job summary**:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and methodical individual to join the Trust Finance Department to take up this full time position of Charities Administration officer.

This would be a great opportunity for someone who is looking to progress or start their career within finance and the NHS.

The hours of the post are flexible and can be discussed during the interview process.

**Main duties, tasks & skills required**:
The main duties include:

- Assist in the preparation of the end of year financial working papers and quarterly management accounts.
- Processing of expenditure relating to claim forms, including coding according to the chart of accounts.
- Banking of receipts received into the finance building.

The job requires GCSE's in Maths and English at Grades A*- C (4 to 9) with a basic knowledge of the role of the charitable sector.
