**Part-time Order Processing Administrator/ Accounts Assistant**
**The role**
An exciting opportunity exists for a part-time Order Processing Administrator/ Accounts Assistant at onemedia, a specialist distributor and full-service provider of Audio Visual and Workplace solutions. We are looking for a motivated Assistant to ensure there is a smooth accounts process within the business.
**Responsibilities will be as follows**:
- Processing incoming and outgoing purchase orders
- Maintaining accurate and detailed customer records and creating new customer accounts
- Building a good rapport with suppliers and clients and providing the sales and accounting team with relevant information
- Taking care of administrative tasks, such as correspondence, filing and printing
- Solid understanding of financial systems and processes
**We’d like someone who has**
- Similar previous experience
- Very strong attention to detail
- Computer literate/keyboard skills
- Full Microsoft Office Skills - Strong Excel
- Sage 50 experience
- Great communication skills both written and verbal
- Organisational and efficiency skills
- Excellent time management skills of your own workload
- The ability to function well in a team
