**Purchasing Administrator**

**Location**:Malton Area

**Contract**:Full time, Permanent

**Salary**:£25,000

We are recruiting on behalf of our client in the Malton area to join their team. The role of the Purchasing Administrator is to support a busy purchasing and stores department.

Working as part of a team you will be responsible for checking orders and ensuring any issues are dealt with.

**Main Duties**:

- Check deliveries against PO
- Receiving and recording order confirmations
- Creating stock codes for new items
- Checking Invoice queries
- Provide general administrative support for the purchasing department.

**What are we looking for?**
- Some knowledge of SAP
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience of working in a busy purchasing department
- Be proactive and hardworking.
- Happy to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly IT literate
