This role will suit an individual with excellent administration skills, a ‘can do’ & positive attitude, highly organised with a keen eye for details and ability to maintain accurate data. You will enjoy both numerical and creative tasks. A passion for homeware is important. You will have strong opportunity to progress as we continue to grow. Being a small, growing brand it will be a relatively fast paced role but a role where you will be exposed to a lot and will have a high level of autonomy. *Key Responsibilities
- * Data entry to assist with monitoring profitability of shipping costs
- Support with inputting accurate product information during set up
- Adding new products to the website system and inventory software
- Monitoring the website for any issues such as incorrect out of stocks and ensuring accurate information
- Managing the discontinuation of products
- Supporting back of house management of product including barcode assignment
- Managing stock orders - placing Purchase Orders, tracking delivery times, arranging delivery
- Processing and supporting wholesale & trade orders
- Suitable tagging of products to aid reporting *About you*
- Full training can be provided should you not have direct experience of the above tasks
- Strong verbal and written communications skills and demonstrable administration experience
- High attention to detail
- Excellent Microsoft Word, Outlook & Excel skills
- Organisation skills with the ability to prioritise
