Your typical workday would consist of:

- Dealing with public enquiries about our services and products.
- Handling engineer dispatch.
- Providing administrative support to the Company Secretary, engineers and the Director.
- General daily office duties including organising stock, filing documents, and housekeeping.
- Maintaining a safe and secure work environment by adhering to security policies, procedures, and regulations including those of GDPR.
- Promoting the company and expanding the customer base using social media.
- Recording sale and purchase ledger on Sage accounting software.
- Perform data entry, documentation, printing, and filing tasks.
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and ordering new supplies as needed.
- Uphold phone etiquette standards when interacting with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent communicative skills.
- Proven experience in an office or administrative role.
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
- Familiarity with phone systems and phone etiquette.
- Ability to type accurately and at a reasonable speed.
- Ambition to develop existing skills as well as develop new ones.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and Sage accounting software.
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.

Pay: £12,480.00-£22,308.00 per year
