Our client is looking for a full-time Collection Agents / Customer Service Representatives in Dumbarton. The role comes with an attractive salary of £23,500 per annum and a bonus of up to £250 per month based on performance. They have both Full and part-time positions available.

Our client is a leading provider of debt collection and BPO services in the banking, utility, telecoms and retail finance sectors. They provide consumer and commercial collections expertise to a number of Key Clients within the United Kingdom, from their state of the art service centre in West Dunbartonshire.

They're are a member of the Annual Collector Accreditation initiative (CSA) and have a great team to work.

Full training is provided and they have a real people focus - trained, mentored, supported, incentivised, monitored, and rewarded

As a Collections Agent, you will be based in a state-of-the-art service centre in West Dunbartonshire, working with a team of experienced debt collectors.
- Personality is important - Listening skills, showing empathy, building rapport - this should be evident when they meet you
- Upbeat, enthusiastic and friendly people
- Motivated to achieve bonus and not just basic salary
- People who want a career rather than just a job
- Must be confident using a computer and phone

You will receive an excellent salary and benefits package for your knowledge, expertise and flexibility.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: Up to £23,500.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme
