Job Title: Customer Service Field Advisor

Are you looking for a new challenge in a customer-facing role? Do you enjoy driving to new locations and interacting with people from diverse backgrounds? If so, this position may be the perfect fit for you.

Position Overview:

This is a temporary role with a duration of 6 months or more, offering a competitive hourly rate that includes rolled-up holiday pay. You will be working as a Customer Service Field Advisor, driving to various locations and interacting with customers to provide excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Valid UK Driving License or International Driving License
  • Owned Car
  • Willingness to complete a DBS check
  • Ability to obtain business car insurance
Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to persuade reluctant respondents to participate in surveys
  • Self-disciplined and self-motivated with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in using a laptop and smartphone
  • Organizational skills with well-developed planning abilities
Benefits:
  • 0.45p per mile
  • Meal allowance (1 meal per 6 hours, 2 meals per 10 hours)
  • Rolled-up holiday pay
