**Basic function**

To assist the Site Director and HRBP (Sunderland) in providing first point of contact to clients on site in Sunderland and facilitating and coordinating wellbeing initiatives for the site.

**Wellbeing**:

- Facilitating staff surveys and collating responses to enable an analysis of data returned.
- Coordinate and support the Sunderland site with the development and delivery of wellbeing plans
- Contributing to continuous improvement of employee wellbeing initiatives within the Sunderland site.

**Client Support**:

- To provide client hospitality for the Sunderland site
- Restocking of refreshments
- Coordinating of vending machine restocking/maintenance
- Car hire facilitation for Sunderland SMT/Operational staff
- Travel arrangements (travel/accommodation arrangements) for Clients and Sunderland site staff
- Actioning client request forms upon receipt
- Open and facilitate post distribution

**General**:

- To attend and comply with all training
- Undertake to comply with the Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) and its associated policies
- To perform any duties which may be required from time to time.
- Attend internal/external HR meetings as necessary

**Knowledge / educational requirements**:

- Experience within a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent MS Word, Excel and Database skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,550.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
