We're on the lookout for a highly organised and detail-oriented General Office Administrator to join our team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in providing administrative support and ensuring smooth business operations. It requires excellent organisational skills, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.

**Responsibilities**
- Carry out general clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing.
- Answer phone calls professionally and courteously, directing them to the appropriate recipients.
- Welcome visitors warmly and direct them to the right personnel or departments.
- Manage office supplies inventory/ course resources and reorder when necessary.
- Assist with data entry tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate office calendars and schedule appointments.
- Organise meetings and conferences, including booking meeting rooms and arranging catering.
- Taking minutes of meetings when required.
- Support in organising company events or special projects as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in administrative or office support roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Experience of working within a training company or similar.
