Our client is looking to recruit a new Administrator to join their busy Corporate New Business department. This is an exciting opportunity to join our client at a time of development and ongoing success.
In return for this Administrator position, our client is offering a competitive salary, excellent benefits, and weekday shifts, all while working in a state-of-the-art office with onsite parking.
**The Role**:
- Providing high-quality administrative and process support
- Ensuring all allocated processes are completed accurately and to a high quality
- Working towards strict timeframes and targets
- Collaborating with colleagues to resolve customer queries or issues
- Ensuring the adapting needs of the customer are continuously met
- Identifying opportunities to drive improvement and simplify processes
- Handling high volumes of administrative tasks to a high standard
- Ensuring process tasks are completed accurately and to SLAs
**The Person**:
- Previous customer service experience
- Previous administrative experience is beneficial
- Fantastic communication skills - both written and verbal
- Excellent attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £23,750.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

- Emersons Green: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
