We have a unique opportunity in a brand new role to join our growing central administration team, helping and supporting patients across our network of 10 hospitals. This role is a full-time, permanent role paying up to £24054 per annum.

You will be working with a passionate team in a modern office with free parking, and great access to local facilities on your door step including coffee shops, restaurants and shops. The team of supportive and highly experienced & ambitious professionals will make you feel welcome with regular team social events and a great office environment

**What you'll be doing**:

- To work closely with Administration Managers and other colleagues across Practice Plus Group Hospitals to understand their needs, demands and priorities.
- Ensure when booking theatres that the Referral to Treatment (RTT) targets are met, reporting any concerns to the Central Administration Team Manager.
- Build and retain good rapport with all stakeholders within Practice Plus Group.
- To ensure that referral documents are scanned to the clinical system according to current time standards
- During periods of low demand from services, providing support to central support functions.
- To book theatre and outpatient sessions within strict booking guidelines adhering to RTT breach dates and ensuring optimal utilisation of clinic lists

- Have strong communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- Have excellent IT skills and attention to detail.
- Be able to prioritise demands in line with booking targets.
- To react and adapt quickly to changing demands and priorities.
- To work without direct supervision using own initiative
