This role would be ideal for someone with distribution, warehouse and logistics experience, who is looking for a new challenge in a fast paced environment. The role will be based primarily at our **Aberdeen **depot, but some flexibility on supporting other depots may be required from time to time.

Key responsibilities for this exciting and fast paced position include:

- Assist on unloading products from deliveries safely and store in depot efficiently & securely ensuring all goods are correct and to quality standards.
- Execute daily activities/tasks to ensure the smooth running of the depot.
- Managing all goods in and out at the depot by our manufacturing plant and external suppliers.
- Dealing with customers directly & indirectly in a polite, positive and professional manner.
- Provision of professional support to other sites when required.
- Identifying any operational or environmental improvements required and helping on delivering them.
- Liaising and coordinating between our customer services, our planning team and our manufacturing plant.
- Controlling stock levels within budget limitations.
- Providing our joiners with a first-class service, ensuring all of their materials are ready on time and in full.
- Driving the continuous improvement of the service we provide to customers and joiners.
- Managing the depot infrastructure and environment with continuous improvements and keeping it always to high professional standards.
- Coordinating and deliver products to site when required.
- Supporting all health and safety practices throughout the depot areas. Keeping the H&S at depot environment to high standards by supervision and training.
- Support on continuous logistics improvement by providing feedback and implementing new procedures.
- Carrying out environment inspections and implementing any identified actions.
- Housekeeping depot environment.
- Helping to manage all goods in and out
- Control of stock levels
- Providing our joiners with a first class service ensuring all their materials are ready on time and in full
- Management of the depot infrastructure and environment
- Support all health and safety standards throughout the depot areas
- Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to communicate efficiently
- Good basic written skills
- Willing to travel and flexibility on working hours
- Self-motivated and ability to work unsupervised
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to learn and develop
- Organised approach in a timely manner
- Customer focused/customer engagement
- Basic financial and numeracy skills for controlling budgets, checking contracts, orders etc.
- Manual handling of heavy products

Key requirements for the role are:

- Full UK driving licence
- Flexibility on working hours (no weekends)
- Forklift training (not essential but beneficial)
- IOSH certificate (not essential but beneficial)
